SHIPPING


Orders are shipped out Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays on which UPS does not pick up. We are committed to getting your Hlaska products to you as quickly as possible. Orders placed before 1pm Pacific Standard Time will be shipped out the same business day. Orders placed after 1pm PST Monday through Thursday will be shipped out within 24 hours. And orders placed after 1pm PST on Friday and on the weekend are processed the following Monday (next business day).

We offer two ways to ship your items:
(1) United Parcel Service (UPS) or (2) United States Postal Service (USPS)

We send all domestic packages via UPS and if you choose FREE UPS Ground Shipping your package will arrive via UPS Ground, subject to the delivery times outlined by UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes. They only deliver to residential or business addresses.

Expedited shipping is available for an additional non-refundable charge:

UPS 3-Day Select: Orders arrive 3 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders arrive within 2 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS Next Day Air: Orders arrive the following business day after they are shipped.

International orders are not eligible for free shipping service. They are shipped

via US Postal Service and will incur the following flat rates:
Canada and Mexico: +$20 USD
All of Europe: +$50 USD
Australia and New Zealand: +$60 USD
All other countries: +$55 USD

Please note that depending on the destination country, the package may incur additional import charges or taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred. Hlaska cannot guarantee the arrival time or be responsible for the arrival of any international shipment. International shipping and additional import charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES


Wrong size? Wrong item?  We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you may return or exchange (depending upon availability) any unworn, regular price merchandise within 30 days* of purchase via our free return shipping process (International buyers - see note below**). Hlaska stores cannot accept web returns or exchanges at this time. All sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

To return a product or order:
From your “My Account” dashboard on Hlaska.com, simply find the order that contains the product you wish to return and click “Return,” which is located next to the "View Order" link. Please fill out the request form and press submit. (Note: If you purchased your items as a “guest,” please contact us via our contact form, including your order number.)

After you have submitted a return request, a representative will email you a return pre-paid shipping label (on US orders only) to send your goods back to us at no additional charge. If you would like to exchange an item, your replacement product shipping will also be shipped to you free of charge (on US orders only).

Received returns are processed within 48 hours of receipt of goods. Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.

* “30 days” is defined as the time between the day the order was placed and the day the return request was initiated.

** Free return shipping services are not available on International returns. International buyers must incur return shipping charges. All import charges or taxes incurred on the original incoming package are non-refundable for returned items.

All online promotions are not valid in stores, have no cash value and are only available while supplies last. For certain promotions, full price of promotional item will be applied if purchase is returned without promotional item.
