SHIPPING
Order anything online and you’ll qualify for $6 flat rate UPS Ground Shipping to anywhere in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). Of course, you can always upgrade for faster service.
Orders ship Monday through Friday, excluding US national holidays. Orders placed before 3pm Pacific Standard Time (PST) will ship the same business day. Orders placed after 3pm PST Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. Orders placed after 3pm PST on Friday are processed the next business day. We send all domestic packages via UPS and offer a $6 flat rate for UPS Ground Shipping, subject to delivery times outlined by UPS. Please note that UPS does not deliver to P.O. Boxes.
Expedited shipping is available for an additional non-refundable charge:
UPS 3-Day Select: Orders arrive 3 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders arrive within 2 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS Next Day Air: Orders arrive the following business day after they are shipped.
UPS 3-Day Select: Orders arrive 3 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS 2nd Day Air: Orders arrive within 2 business days from the day they are shipped.
UPS Next Day Air: Orders arrive the following business day after they are shipped.
International orders are not eligible for free shipping service. They are shipped via UPS and will incur the following flat rates:
Canada: +$20 USD
Australia: +$60 USD
Please note that depending on the destination country, the package may incur additional import charges or taxes. The customer is responsible for any additional charges that may be incurred. Hlaska cannot guarantee the arrival time or be responsible for the arrival of any international shipment. International shipping and additional import charges are non-refundable.

RETURNS
We are committed to delivering the highest quality products. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange (depending upon availability) any unused, regular price merchandise within 30 days* of purchase. All SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE AND CANNOT BE RETURNED OR EXCHANGED.
To return a product:
Drop by our Hlaska store on Fillmore Street in San Francisco to return or exchange in person. Or, simply contact us via email or phone (1-800-784-4154) for a Return Authorization. You can send the item back to us, using any trackable method, at your expense. Once we receive your package, we will promptly process an exchange or issue a refund (excluding shipping costs). Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Requests to exchange merchandise received as a gift must be accompanied by a gift receipt.
All packages must be fully insured. Hlaska will not assume liability for reimbursement in the event that return packages are lost or stolen.
Please allow one billing cycle for credit card refunds to appear on your statement.
* “30 days” is defined as the time between the day the order was placed and the day the return request was initiated.
