Luxury Fashion / Soft Goods Designer

Hlaska is looking to fill the key position of "Soft Goods Designer". You should be comfortable in a startup environment and understand the luxury fashion market. You will create technical drawings for bags, wallets and other accessories. Most work is done in Adobe Illustrator but freehand sketching is also needed. Requires strong sense of design but also technical understanding of materials and bag construction.

Requirements:

* Degree in fashion design, product design, or similar field
* Very strong illustrator skills
* Solid general computer skills on a Mac
* Ability to understand the luxury market and design for it
* Familiarity with bag construction and materials
* Strong sense of style
* Textile and Color Forecasting skills are a bonus

Retail Store Manager 

Hlaska is looking for an experienced store
manager for our flagship store opening in September on Fillmore St. who will be
responsible for running the store, hiring associates, merchandising product and
providing excellent customer service.

Requirements:

-       Ability to provide excellent customer service

 -  Provide the customer with in depth knowledge of our product line

-       Hire and train sales associates as well as manage and mentor staff to provide an efficient and welcoming work environment

-       Collaborate on visual merchandising and ensure that store is presented in an appealing manner

-       Possess excellent leadership skills and be able to work as a team as well as individually

-       Highly organized with excellent time management skills

-       Flexibility to work nights and weekends as needed

-       Must be able to lift and carry 30 lbs.

-       2+ years retail management experience

-       4- year college degree preferred
