SALES ASSOCIATE

Hlaska is looking for motivated and energetic people to fill 1-2 part-time sales positions in a small retail team environment. We are a growing start-up accessories brand and retailer of quality leather goods based out of San Francisco. We are looking for positive, enthusiastic and flexible sales associates who are excited to drive sales and help build our brand at our Fillmore store in San Francisco. As a Sales Associate, you will take on the responsibilities of achieving daily and monthly sales goals, completing store projects and ensuring that our customer shopping experience is no less than exceptional.

Location:

• Fillmore Street, San Francisco

Required:

• Previous retail or customer service-oriented experience in the fashion industry
• Ability to listen carefully and actively
• Self motivated individual with a can do attitude
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills that enable customers to feel comfortable in our stores and excited by our products
• Capacity to multi-task and willingness to take initiative
• A creative outlook and potential to create merchandising projects
• Positive relationship with your management and fellow staff
• Availability to work on weekends and extended seasonal hours a must

Compensation: DOE, hourly + commission
